Objectives

The SDU will work to:

  • Develop the personal and professional skills of all staff of NCT

SDU Tasks

  1. To analyse the training needs of new staff
  2. To assess the level of knowledge, skills and attitude (KSA) needed according to the Job Description
  3. To evaluate KSA of the staff through staff appraisal
  4. To identify gaps in KSA of staff
  5. To plan training and development opportunities in order to plug the gaps
  6. To coordinate, facilitate and conduct trainings for the staff
  7. To evaluate the training programs conducted
  8. Any other responsibilities assigned by the College Dean
